What we keep about you

Your account: your name, your email address, and your password stored as a one-way hash (we cannot read it).
Your plan: which Academy plan you hold.
Messages you send us: what you write in the support and suggestion form, with your name and email.
Practice answers: your Chart Lab and Arena answers, so the server can grade them and show leaderboards. Leaderboards show your name, never your email.

Your class progress, XP, quiz results and settings are saved in your own browser, not on our server. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.

One cookie keeps you signed in. We use no advertising cookies and no tracking from other companies.

Only the NChartPro team, to run the Academy and answer you. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

For as long as you have an account. Ask us through support to see what we hold about you or to delete your account.

If this policy changes, we update the date above and tell signed-in members in the Academy.
