Learning only — not advice

The NChartPro Academy teaches how the share market works. Nothing in it — a class, an exam, a Chart Lab answer, an Arena result — is advice to buy or sell any share. Charts are past NEPSE data. Results in practice and games are not a promise of results with real money. Decide your own investments, and ask a licensed adviser when you need advice.

Your account

• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Give a real email address — it is how we answer you and how you get back into your account.

Plans

The free plan opens part of the course. Paid plans open more; their price, length and payment terms are shown before you pay and are part of these terms.

Fair use

• Do not copy, sell or republish the classes, questions or charts.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the Academy, its grading or its plans.
• Be decent in anything you write to us.

We may close an account that breaks these rules.

The service

We work to keep the Academy running and correct, but it is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes. Tell us through support when you find one.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; using the Academy after a change means you accept it.
